Product Features

The gearbox does not require additional lubrication maintenance.
The motor is equipped with a thermal overheat protection as standard.
The squirrel-cage motor brake of the heavy-duty working system is more safe and normally closed. Only when the power is applied, the brake pressure of the spring can be opened by the action of the electromagnetic coil, even in the case of sudden power failure. Heavy objects do not slip freely.
The motor has a degree of protection of IP54 and Class F insulation.
The control handle is protected to IP65.
The hoisting sprocket is designed with a 5-chain socket and is made of steel with high wear resistance and high hardness. It can be used with the standard lifting chain to ensure smooth and accurate lifting action.
The oil-immersed lubricated planetary gear mechanism makes the work particularly smooth.
The standard configuration of the lifting chain has a hardened outer casing and a enamel-coated layer, which perfectly matches the hoist body to ensure smooth and accurate operation.
The material of the upper and lower hooks is made of anti-aging and high-toughness alloy steel. In the event of overload, the first deformation will occur without sudden breakage, which ensures the safety of the user.
