The CPA pneumatic chain hoist is mainly composed of three major components and is very easy to maintain and economical.

With a 100% rated working rating and unlimited start-up, the CPA pneumatic chain hoist is ideal for high-strength industrial applications. Its closed construction is immune to external pollution, moisture and other media. Mainly composed of three major components, it is very easy to maintain and economical.

Product Features

The rugged rotary piston motor has an adjustable brake spring that effectively maintains the load even if the air supply is suddenly lost.
The switching regulator inside the air motor guarantees high starting torque.
The control handle 4 button can control the operation of the hoist and the trolley sensitively, and has an emergency stop switch as standard.
Large-diameter silencers can effectively reduce the noise caused by exhaust.
The normal working pressure is 4 to 6 bar.
Planetary gear mechanisms with oil-immersed lubrication provide extremely smooth operation and reduced design size.
The hoisting sprocket is designed as a 5-chain socket. It is made of steel with high wear resistance and high hardness. It can be used with the standard lifting chain to ensure smooth and accurate lifting action.
The precision machined guide groove is extremely rugged and easy to replace.
The material of the upper and lower hooks is made of non-aging, high-toughness alloy steel, which will deform when overloaded without sudden breakage, ensuring the safety of the user.
The standard lifting chain has a hardened outer casing and a galvanized surface. The perfect fit with the hoist body ensures smooth and accurate operation.
