Product Features

  • The steel side panels of the trolley cover the wheel position and protect the wheels from impact during the limit position. The side panel of the trolley is threaded and can be attached to the bracket.
  • The wheel material is heat-treated forged steel, curved rim, suitable for American standard tapered I-beam and wide-edge I-beam.
  • Wheel bearings are made of hermetically sealed ball bearings.
  • The vertically arranged cycloidal speed reducer meshes with the wheel gears via pinion gears.
  • The drive is immersed in high quality lubricant to protect the gear and adapt it to a wider temperature environment.
  • The 8-blade air motor provides high performance torque, smooth operation and precise control.
  • The control handle is positioned accurately and the load efficiency is high.
  • For hazardous environments, fire protection patterns are available. In addition to the copper-plated wheels with fire-proof function, the anti-sparking type has the same characteristics as ordinary ones.
